it’s rural location and beautiful setting

Family friendly communities are communities where families enjoy housing and child care that is affordable, parks to play in, quality schools and safe neighborhoods. In addition to
encompassing all of the above, Dallas offers a variety of recreational activities for the entire family.

If you’re looking of a little more low key adventure, you can catch the latest blockbuster at Dallas Cinema check out a great book at the Dallas Public Library or discover some of the fascinating history of the area at the Polk County Historical Museum.

Throughout the year, there are many community festivals hosted right here in Dallas. Rock the Square, Bounty Market, Red White Boom, Krazy Dayz, and Miracle on Main Street are just a few of these family fun events that capture the charm of our quiet town.

You can spend some time exploring historic downtown Dallas. It is packed with colorful murals, restaurants, antique shops and specialty stores which are housed in buildings built between 1880 and 1910.

Rickreall Creek Trail System and the community aquatic center, these spots will keep your family busy for days.
